Former NCAA Division I wrestler at Lock Haven University, U.S. Navy veteran, IBJJF European Champion, and owner and head coach of Takedown Nation. He teaches wrestling and jiu-jitsu as one coherent system that holds up under real resistance — from first-roll beginners to UFC-level professionals.

A seminar isn't a canned sequence we repeat everywhere. We build the material around your students, their level, and what your gym needs.
Affiliation doesn't matter. Gi color doesn't matter. Beginners don't need to "earn" the right to attend. Show up and train.
