Tell us about your gym — where you are, roughly how many students, rough dates, and whether you're interested in Missy, Eric, or both. Add anything specific you'd like covered: takedowns and wrestling for BJJ, a women's-only session, current competition technique, or a day that lifts the whole room.
Flat rate and per-student pricing available — we'll work with you to find what fits your gym's size and budget. A 50% deposit reserves your dates, and the more you share, the faster we can lock in a plan.
Students

Let us know which coach you'd like — Missy (from $75/hour) or Eric (from $80/hour) — roughly when you'd like to train, and what you want to work on. Lessons happen at Trust BJJ in Wenona, Illinois; training with a partner or small group splits the cost. Full rates are on the private lessons page.
